 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a sliding glass door that would not close completely.  It always stopped about 1/2 inch before I could lock it. This has happened before, but I was always able to make it work after playing around with it for a while (never understanding what I did to actually fix it).   I was prepared to replace it....along with not locking, it was now letting cold air in.  The gentleman that came out was able to tell me the issue within minutes and show me how to correct it.  Apparently, due to the weather, the glass door 'bows' out  and I need to push in the middle of the frame to straighten it while closing.  After he showed me what I needed to do, I haven't had any more problems with it!  He was in my house a total of 5 minutes!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Two very large windows, both with cracked seals. The 'certified installer'  gave us an astronomical bid, and required full payment up front with at least a nine month lead time..

So, we called Stillwater Glass. What a difference.  Within a month we have brand new crystal clear windows for a very fair price considering the size of the project. Marcus and crew are courteous, professional and highly skilled with big scary pieces of glass.  They did an amazing job and we could not be more pleased with the result. Just beautiful. They were also really nice to our dog, Gus, so they have that going for them too. Good guys. Highly recommend!
